Impressive Service and True Dedication to Customer Care! I had a huge problem when a squirrel got under my hood and left a bunch of nuts and fruit that got burnt onto my engine. I didn't even know until I was driving and my engine light came on. Popped the hood and nuts literally fell out everywhere! Took it to David to get the engine bay cleaned and WOW, the pictures speak for themselves. So shiny and clean, he did an incredible job. When I had to bring my car back because some water accidentally got into my engine cylinders, David immediately stepped up to make it right. With how much squirrel damage and fruit bits were everywhere, I trust that David was being careful and professional - it was just an honest mistake that can happen with that kind of mess. Once I notified him about it, he didn't hesitate to fix the issue and made sure everything was taken care of. His spot is right next to a mechanic shop which was clutch - they helped pull out all the parts, dry them properly, and did a test drive to make sure everything was good. So lucky and happy it was an easy fix! David even brought the car back to me himself! And he went above and beyond by buffing out my headlights and some scratches on my doors as bonus work. The car was badly scratched and I thought I needed a new paint job. But David said he could buff it out. The parts he worked on looks so new and shiny you can see my reflection in it! I'm planning to bring it back to finish buffing the rest of the doors, but honestly David did such a great job with the detailing and fixing everything that came up. He really made sure I was taken care of. Already planning to bring my partner's car too! 10/10 would definitely recommend David! Thanks for everything!

Thank You David & Associates @ SteamWorks! I loved the color and finish of my new car but shortly after purchase realized the swirls in the paint was not going to be an easy fix. Upon doing research, I found "SteamWorks Auto Detailing" very close in proximity to my residence, and I was able to book a FREE consultation as I was unaware of what treatment or services was needed to restore my exterior. I booked the consultation online and within 5 minutes David called to get a better understanding of my concerns. He provided price points, detailed photos of previous work (For my same make/model/color) to add great prospective of my car's finished product. Within a week we met he examined my car explained cause and effect of its current condition and reassured me my car was going to have a substantial upgrade once finished. I dropped the car off to him and David provided transportation services to return home. The process took a little longer than expected BUT that I did not mind, as I wanted the job done correctly and precise. The overall outcome was AMAZING my car had a sleek smooth finish and added aesthetic value I did not know if could be restored. We noticed minor details in real time together and he immediately set a date and time to correct the issue. Once the issue was resolved he provided information and products to help maintain the vehicle. Thank you David for being a man of your word and standing on principles and business. David is a gem. My car was coated with paint droplets after a local company painted a building near my work and failed to alert parked cars to move. He was able to quickly take my car in to get the work done to fix it, and even met me at my house to assess and pick up my car. It was absolutely stunning when it returned - who knew a 12 year old Subaru that never gets washed could look so good! I highly recommend this spot - definitely an asset to Alameda!
