I drive for a living and my car had sun fading on the top, hood and truck of my red '13 Acura. I wanted to have this buffed out and waxed. Toni sd she thought she could do the job in 3-4 days. I dropped my car April 20th and for the next 3 weeks it was probably after probably. I had to call to find out about my vehicle status. Finally I just wanted my car back and figured if you havent got it right now then i dont know. Now I have permanent streaks and drip marks all over the doors at handles, trunk, roof, roof doors. My mirrors on both side were broken by them while wrapping them. I ended up having to tape and glue my mirrors do to them flying off. When I contacted Toni about the issues she sd it wasn't their fault. After research the capped on the mirror is not removable and the mirror is a whole assembly$250 each to replace. My car looked better before they had it and could go thru a car wash before its 3 week vacation here. This shop may do fine with brand new paint, but dont bring them anything else. The raving reviews here are on new vehicle ceramic coating new paint. In my experience the communication is crap, and Toni doesnt stand by their work. Im not upset they couldn't repair my paint its the income I missed for not completing the job quicker. Then the day after i picked it up i took it to the carwash and my broken mirrors flew off caps and glass; then I couldn't reach Toni to help reattach or repair them. Currently my mirrors are electric taped on to my car now and there are ugly streak marks all over. Im most upset about how my issues were not handled.

Working with Toni at Steel City Suds has always been the best professional experience. She provides top notch quality, honesty, and flexibility. She worked around my wife’s schedule of having two kids at different schools to get her detail done. Only place I’d trust for our vehicles. Thanks Toni!!

Steel City Suds took care of my jeep like it was her own. Toni does impeccable work and the ceramic coating looks amazing. The interior detail made my jeep look and feel brand new all over again. If you want quality, call her!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my 4Runner ceramic coated at Steel City Suds, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—super friendly, professional, and they really took the time to explain everything. The ceramic coating itself came out amazing. The shine, depth, and overall finish completely exceeded my expectations. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. 5 stars all the way around. I’ll definitely be bringing my truck in next—highly recommend Toni & the crew
