I just got off the phone with Steve. He was VERY informative and overly helpful. He was busy (which is a good sign), but he took 10 minutes out of his crowded day to give me some concise pointers. I would recommend Steve. He is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Steve.

I was getting ready to use my boat in a couple of weeks and noticed that it had issues. There was a lot of oil under the out drive. I spoke to Greenlee yesterday at the shop and later by phone to Steve. I took it to the shop today at 9:00 and it was done by noon. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not even think of taking my boat anywhere else for repairs. The whole staff there is wonderful.

Very unprofessional. I was calling to see if they could do a pre season inspection/over all wellness check on a boat. He answered the phone and after I started talking he interrupted me to finish talking with someone else. After I explained I had just bought a boat and was wanting to get it looked over he asked me if I took it out to the water to test it. I said no but was wanting him to look at it before I went out to avoid any obvious issues if there were any. His response was “Good lord dude” I then hung up. being on the phone with Steve when I was looking for an “expert” to look over the boat he did nothing but make me feel like I was just the biggest idiot in town. I’m sure he does good work but I will never be taking anything there based on how I was treated over the phone.
