I just bought a 2011 ski antique from the dealership I dealt with excellent salesman named Austin! Buying a boat takes a little bit of time. He was very patient very helpful through negotiations. He was very helpful and financing. He was very helpful and in my boat serviced and repaired before delivery you made the whole experience, fun and enjoyable even help me hook up my truck to the trailer. If you want to have an enjoyable experience with honest hard-working people, this is the dealership for you. I’m 70 years old. I’ve been around! Wonderful, exciting experience thank you guys so much there appreciate all your help! Ask for Austin Gewecke! Great, helpful, friendly sales person, and very honest! Can’t say enough good things about the experience!

The entire team at Superior Boat and Repair have provided nothing short of exceptional customer service. From the involvement of Chad in the Service Department to Jerry meeting me on a closed day so I could pick up my boat. Austin in Sales even stepped in during the weekend. The team went above and beyond and their strong relationship with Nautique was a huge benefit in taking care of my warranty and service work. If you are looking for top notch service or even to purchase a new boat the team at Superior Boat and Repair is the place to go!

Chad is an amazing service technician and has consistently gone above and beyond for several boat servicing needs on our crown line. We’re only bringing our boat into Superior Boat Repair and requesting Chad. It is an overwhelming experience getting boat work done as a new boat owner, but Chad makes the learning process easy to understand. He has always explained and walked through the issues and solutions the techs implemented and ensures the boat functions with us understanding the process. 10/10! Thank you, Chad!

My wife and I met Rob & Chad at the Sac boat show this March. When Chad introduced himself to us he stated “I am just the service guy but I should be able to answer your questions”. Chad is far mor than “just a service guy”. He is knowledgeable and very personable when explaining all the great qualities of the Barletta Pontoon Boat. Rob is every bit as knowledgeable and entertaining as Chad. We had a fantastic time during the 45 minutes they spent with us. They left such a great impression with us that we had to make the purchase. The purchase took about 6 weeks until we were able to sell our current boat but they were always texting and asking if there was anything else we needed from them. We are huge on customer service and Superior Boat Repair & Sales is second to none. We have purchased many new toys in our lives and have never been so impressed with a business and the focus on customer service. Absolute legends. SBR&S had a fuel control cell in stock that would have taken days to ship, and they waited for me to drive over form South Lake Tahoe for same-day pickup so that we could get the boat running before the Fourth of July. They saved our weekend, full stop. Ryan was incredibly helpful over the phone, had the part ready to go when I got there, and sent me out the door with a Diet Coke for the drive back to SLT. Can’t overstate how strongly I recommend doing business here. They’ll be our first call every time from here on out.
