The main reason I hired them was to get rid of a spilled coffee smell inside the car, and they did an amazing job with that—the odor is completely gone! They also arrived right on time. However, the attention to detail on the interior cleaning was lacking. There was still noticeable dust and dirt left in the cup holders, door pockets, trunk latch, and on parts of the back seats. Good service overall for major issues, but they need to focus more on the final details. Update: After seeing their incredible customer service, I knew I had to update this review to 5 stars ( it was 3 stars). The owner personally reached out, apologized sincerely, and immediately offered a very generous partial refund to make things right. It is extremely rare to find a business with this level of honesty, accountability, and care for their clients. Their professionalism is truly unmatched, and knowing they stand behind their work 100% makes all the difference. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again

Had my car detailed and it honestly looks brand new. Interior was pretty rough and they got it cleaned up really well. Paint looks clean and shiny again. They showed up on time, were easy to deal with, and didn’t rush the job. I’d definitely use them again.

My husband surprised me with a detail from Taiyo Mobile Detailing and I was speechless by the outcome! My husband later explained that he chose the deluxe package and the results were amazing! Those with kids and pets will understand— my Traverse was a disaster! Sand from the beach, dog hair from a recent vet trip, and dirt tracked in from countless games at the baseball field, I honestly didn’t think my car could ever be this clean! The team was professional and incredibly thorough. Every surface inside the car was spotless, and the exterior has a showroom-level shine. It looks and feels like a brand-new car! Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the detail I got for my Infiniti! The team showed up right on time and got straight to work, super professional and friendly. My car looks and smells like it just came off the showroom floor!! They got into every nook and cranny, and the paint has such a nice shine now. I love that they came to me! Super convenient and worth every penny!!!! I’ll definitely be booking again!
