I’ve debated if this should be shared but since it looks like it’s an employee, makes me more concerned for others. Whoever owns the GMC who backs into the handicap spot up front doesn’t need to have a license or should be working with people. The road slightly in front of the business was down to one lane and this man AGGRESSIVELY was swerving and laying on the horn at the car in front of them. When the lanes opened back up into two he got over got directly next to the car and swerved left right into the side of it. He then proceeded to hit his breaks hard as he realized he was about to miss the turn into this “nice” business… we called and reported this to local police and will be calling them back to let them know we have found this awful individual at your location. Actions have consequences. This person does not need a drivers license or to be working with any person. I will never shop here for my boat and will be telling others to avoid this location. What kind of person do you have working for you?

Was looking to purchase a trailer for light watercraft’s. Was told they have 2 manufacturers for the trailers. Was presented with partial information from the first manufacturer and told they would get back to me about the prices for the second. Called back 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and was told my contact is either sick or out of the office. They never reached back out to me. Called the 4th and final time to be told in a frustrated tone they are too busy to send me an email on the pricing options. Decided to pursue other options.

I have nothing but great things to say about the boat center. The boat center help me with a pre-buy inspection. Peyton and Jim were great at communicating. While I was there, Jim gave me a full walk around on the boat and was even willing to get out in the water with me and test drive the boat. Tons of experience and willingness to help. I HIGHLY recommend The Boat Center.

Went to have boat repaired Was told $125 deposit was required After 3 weeks I returned to boat center asked them to return my deposit. Their response was the deposit is non refundable. I said you haven’t done anything no call nothing They responded deposit is non refundable. This is deception I had my own business for 25 years I have never heard of this game Called this morning no answer no returned call. You can contact me you got my contact information when you were given the $125 deposit.
