⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Cleveland Jet Center offers an outstanding experience with excellent installations. The lounge is modern, comfortable, and welcoming, while the facilities are well maintained and efficient. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive, making operations seamless from start to finish. A first-class FBO that I highly recommend to any crew or passenger traveling through Cleveland.

The FBO was clean and the people were extremely nice. We loved the popcorn machine!

Accounting Lady is rude. Very unprofessional. Needs to be retrained.

Flew in to Cleveland Jet Center as to take care of some warranty work on a construction sight in town. They definitely went above and beyond when they let us use one of their work trucks for the day which came in very handy when it came to grabbing some last minute supplies for the job. Staff was obviously very nice and friendly as well.

Always good service from attentive, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable FBO lounge and pilot amenities. Caterer is first class. Top notch passenger lobby with plenty of room for gathering your group together before your flight. Good overnight for crews with plenty of restaurants and good hotels close to the airport for that early AM show the next day. Easy clearance delivery process for getting out the next morning to not delay your passengers. Plenty of ramp space even for larger jets. Clean, friendly, welcoming environment. Seems to be a well managed facility. ~former Citation XLS pilot now flying the Latitude.
