  I spent over $300 to have the inside of my car detailed. I was told my appt was at 1pm. I didn’t receive a text or call that he would be an hour late. I wanted to cancel and was told no refunds. I was told “This is what I agreed to.” I agreed to a 1pm appt, not an hour later with no courtesy text!! When he was done, a day later I saw he didn’t clean the back seat pull down. The place where you can place drinks. I text him about it and I was told “honest mistake”. Okay but isn’t this like your specialty? You should be aware of these things. Regardless, I was promised it would be cleaned and he would be in contact. Still nothing. He got his money. He could care less now.

  Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Easy to book the detail and the quality of work was outstanding. I honestly can say of all the other detail jobs I have had this was far and away the best. The guys were professional, courteous and very responsible. I will be using their service from now on.
