I took my car here for a much needed (interior only) detailing service and I am so happy I did! For starters, their marketing is incredible, and immediately drew me in! I’m also huge on ‘before and after’ photos, so I loved seeing the results people had! I dropped my car off and came back the next day to pick it up. The gal who was at the front desk was so kind! She explained everything to me in detail, and made sure all my needs were met at time of drop off. I returned today to pick up my car, and the interior looks amazing! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone!

So we dropped off 1 of 3 of our cars they are detailing today. The first one came back amazing!!!! We haven’t even had the other two done yet and I was extremely impressed. From the moment you contact them to pick-up, it is a smooth process. Like Disneyland level attention to details and process. Lifelong customers now. Do not hesitate to use them’ super kind people, worth every penny!!!!

The Detail Donkey will be a household name one day. Logan and his team are absolutely the most professional detailing company in middle Tennessee. Their customer service and attention to detail are incredible which show each month when we pick up our vehicles. We have all had our cars cleaned before, but they bring the detailing to a level I personally didn’t know existed. I highly recommend The Detail Donkey.

Great experience! I'm a customer service girl and today the crew's excitement over the new space was infectious! My car looks beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. The monthly subscription is well worth it!! Keep doing what you're doing!!

Easy to set up an appointment for them to show up at my address and get a full detail of my car inside and out. Very friendly service and the finished product was great. Would definitely look at using again. Made my 7 year old car look like it was fresh out of the dealership again.
