Mark at The Detail Freak was awesome. I submitted a request for an appointment, put my phone down for a sec, and when I picked it back up there was a message from him confirming he could take care of a scuff on my bumper. I swear the fence in my driveway jumped in front of me. He showed up early and was courteous, explained what he was going to do, and got right down to business. Within 20 or 30 minutes he was done. He even gave me some advice on how to proceed with a touch up, as I went through the clear coat in a couple spots. Super knowledgeable guy and all around a great experience.

The Detail Freak did a full detail on my BMW yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the beginning, communication was outstanding. They made scheduling easy and kept me informed with appointment confirmations, reminders, and an ETA on the day of service. Mark was the technician who detailed my car, and it was a pleasure working with someone who clearly knows automotive detailing inside and out. We discussed the best approach for cleaning and conditioning the leather, as well as applying a topping to a ceramic coating. He took the time to explain everything and paid attention to detail. Mark is a true perfectionist, and it shows in his work. My BMW looks fantastic— this is one of the best detailing jobs I've ever had. I'm really glad I found The Detail Freak, and they've definitely earned my future business. If you're looking for professional, high-quality automotive detailing, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Mark is a well-mannered, helpful, knowledgeable young entrepreneur with excellent customer service skills. Pleased to find Mark to take care of my car regularly as it’s an investment costing more for a thorough personable mobile service than the fast & less expensive car wash places. Customers get what they pay for, for reliable work.

Great experience with The Detail Freak! They were able to accommodate a very last minute request for a full detail. Excellent communication leading up to the detail and Mark did an amazing job on the car, it looks like I just drove it off the lot. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing an extremely thorough mobile detail!
