First Things First is Bill! Bill is absolutely fantastic and truly cares about his customers, not only does he reach out a day in advance he also texts you the progress and or updates on your car! My car was a little bit difficult with the rear glass and bill went out of his way to remove the rear deck lid of my Lincoln and finished the tint job! I was denied at other tint shops because they were not comfortable removing it. Secondly The Tint, I was thinking about doing ceramic tint but went with the base and did 15% tint all the way around (besides windshield) and boy oh boy it looks good as hell! His team did an amazing job! Thirdly, the shop itself! Super awesome waiting room and super comfy sofa!! I truly wanna thank bill and his team for taking such great care of my 2013 Lincoln MKZ and I look forward to brining my next Lincoln to him very very soon! And will definitely do the recommended ceramic tint! Thanks Bill! You got a life long customer! Before and after pictures below! ⬇️

These guys are great! Easy to work with. Reasonable. Do great work. There’s a reason I keep coming back to Shadow Man. Can’t beat ‘em! Had them tint my wife’s previous car and brought back my Focus for side windows, sun strip, and windshield, and got the front side windows on our Mazda tinted to match the rears. They look so much better.

I had my black car done back in 2018 and to this day it looks like the day he did it. My 2025 white car had a previous owner that tinted the windshield and had it super dark, so I had him remove it and make the sides lighter. It turned out perfectly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Quality, and experience is top tier with The Shadow Man

Bill, aka Shadow Man, is the MAN when it comes to automotive tint! Have had multiple vehicles tinted by him and the quality is always top notch. Great to work with, friendly and personable, knowledgeable, extreme attention to detail and a perfectionist. Everything you want in someone who is enhancing your ride. He happens to be in my neighborhood, but I’d travel a good distance if needed to have him work on my car.

Outstanding experience at The Shadow Man. Scheduling was quick and easy, and everything ran exactly on time. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The location in West Bend is super easy to access, not cramped or hard to find. I worked directly with the owner, who was friendly, professional, and very communicative. Pricing was fair, service was efficient, and the overall customer experience was excellent. I’ve used several window tinting services over the years, and this was by far one of the best. Highly recommend.
