Chris was excellent - communicating ahead of the service so I knew what to expect. Friendly and arrived early. I’ve had my car going on 9 years and it’s never been detailed. I have a husky mix and she sheds A LOT. My car looks and smells new, I’m so grateful! Definitely recommend if you’re in the Charlotte area.

Chris did an amazing job detailing my SUV! We had just traveled to the beach with our two young sons and our dog. By the time Chris completed his work, all of the sand, sunscreen, food crumbs and dog hair were gone! My car looked and smelled brand new! It was also easy to schedule an appointment online, and Chris was professional and prompt with his communication. We greatly appreciate his hard work. Five Stars all around!

Chris at True Touch Detailing is absolutely incredible! He detailed my Jeep right after a beach trip, and I could hardly believe my eyes when he was finished, it looked brand new again. Not a single trace of sand, dog hair, or dirt anywhere. His attention to detail is truly unmatched, from the spotless interior to the shine on the exterior. You can tell he takes great pride in his work, and it really shows in the results. Scheduling is very easy and his communication is spectacular, very quick responses and clear communication. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough, if you want your vehicle to look its absolute best, True Touch is the way to go!

Chris did such a great job. I got my mom a car detailing for her birthday, and it’s safe to say she LOVED her present. Chris got the car looking brand new, and even with that fresh new car smell everyone loves! He paid attention to detail, responded quickly to texts/communication, and overall did a great job on the car!

I can’t say enough great things about Chris! My car hadn’t been detailed since we bought it in 2016, and I honestly didn’t think it could look this good again. He completely transformed it! Every detail was spotless, inside and out. Professional, thorough, easy booking and worth every penny. Highly recommend!
