They did 2 watercraft. I couldnt be there. The runabout was a decent job. The Pontoon not so good.. vacuum the carpet before you powerwash it! Embedding the dirt makes it harder to vacuum after it dries and becomes visible again. Cupholders dirty. Mold spots everywhere. Bimini top and cover done very poorly. Worse was fenders and cover poles left on dock with risk of rolling away, along with other boat gear. A lot of money charged - one should expect it to be professional from start to finish.

If you're thinking about outsourcing the detailing of your boat, stop thinking and just do it. And if you're unsure which company to choose, stop searching because Tiki Clean is the best of the best. I've used other providers before, and Tiki stands out in every way. The others simply don’t compare. From my very first contact through to the completion of the job, the communication was excellent. Spencer and his team are phenomenal. They set the standard for what boat owners should expect. When I tell you I could literally smell how clean the boat was as I approached the dock, believe me. Once I had a visual, the covers looked brand new, and the shine on the boat was better than when I first took delivery. Did I mention their prices are incredibly reasonable and competitive? Thank you, Spencer, the entire team, and Tiki Clean. You have a new raving fan and loyal customer!

The team at Tiki Clean have detailed my boat a few times now. Each time I have been very pleased with the prompt service and absolute stunner job they do with cleaning the boat. Seats and flooring always look amazing. It’s like getting into a brand new boat each time they’ve cleaned it! Thanks for taking such great care of my boat!

Jesse and his team at Tiki Clean Boat and Dock are AMAZING! We were on a time crunch to get our boat cleaned, and Jesse didn’t bat an eye. He fit us into the schedule that was perfect timing! His team did an amazing job on both the inside and outside of our boat, it literally looked like a brand new boat! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anybody! Job well done team!

Requested to have our 28 ft tritoon cleaned. They did a very thorough job. Upon inspection I noticed the engine cover was missing. Called their number and they actually sent someone out quickly to confirm it wasn’t misplaced. Once confirmed the cover could not be located, they quickly replaced it and made things right. In this day and age when customer service takes a back seat, I was extremely impressed with how my issue was addressed and quickly resolved. I will continue to have them out to clean my boat.
