Horrible Experience, I was to have received the Platinum Package and Paint Restore. I may have received a little buffing on the paint and that's not paint restore. Plus, I did not get the inside cleaned; it still was still dirty as you can see in the pictures. My exterior trim and running boards looked worse than when I dropped it off. I was also texted saying they would leave my keys in my gas cap area as they were going leaving for thew day? I was shocked when my car was still there unsecured.

Great work!! My car has never looked this good! I do wash and detail it myself a lot but don't always have the time. I've had bad experiences with mobile detailing services but Top Notch did wonderful! I did the Gold Package. Will definitely be using them again!

Booked an appointment through their website and made arrangements to have the car available at my house. Only to find out they wanted me to drop it off instead. While they are listed as "mobile detailing" they have fine print that says "We will be up and back doing Mobile soon. Thanks for your patience!" As I can see from other reviews I am not the only one to suffer from this likely error situation. I hope they can make this process more clear in the future.

Set up an appointment for gold level vehicle detailing at my work noting that I own dogs and I only really cared about the interior of the car. Went through all the questions about power, water, etc being available. Got a confirmation that said the address I entered was place of service. Less than 24 hours before the appointment I get a text telling me this is for pick up / drop off at a location not listed on the confirmation (The title did say pick up / drop off but note the address listed for service was mine) and could I bring it in early due to the heat. I rearrange my day, find someone to help me with the drop off and pick up, drop the car off 1.5 hour early. Then get a text 20 minutes after I dropped it off that he couldn't do the car within 2 hours and I'd have to come pick it up?!?!
