Brandon and his are just very good at their craft. I tried gel coat repair with West marine materials. If you want your repair looking showroom quality that will last they are worth it to do the work.-Tom

Total Boat was referred to me by the marina manager at St. John’s Yacht Harbor. I identified all the areas I needed repaired with painters tape. Brendon, the owner prepared a quote the covered some extensive gel coat repair, which included removing a fixed hatch. The quote was very fair, given the extent of the work. I was on a time constraint because I keep my boat in Connecticut in the summer. When the work was completed, I discovered there was an area that was missed. Not sure if the tape fell off, but the repair was not in the quote. The team at Total Boat scrambled to complete the repair within a week to get me back on the water and headed north. All of the work met my expectations. The factory gel coat (Tiara) was too white for the exterior. They mixed and matched the color perfectly. I am a life long boater and 100 ton captain. I know how hard it is to find qualified marine services. Total Boat is a rare find in the industry.

Total Boat Repair was super helpful in getting my boat projects done. I had my boat bottom painted and upholstery custom made in only three weeks time. The quality was more than excellent. Communication was great and the folks I talked to were nice. 10/10.

Total Boat Repair was the first and only place I called for the repairs needed to my starboard side bow and hull. Brandon came out to my home within an hour of me calling him, to assess the damage. He inspected every inch of the boat and made me feel at ease about the extent of the damage. He explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and even about how insurance companies operate when it comes to watercraft claims. I knew right away that I was in good hands. Brandon was able to get me in right away, and was initially done with the work ahead of schedule. A small cosmetic issue was found and he couldn’t, in good conscience, let the boat go until he fixed it. Brandon of TBR is the epitome of customer service and craftsmanship. He did an amazing job, you cannot tell at all that the area had been damaged or repaired. I highly recommend Total Boat Repair for any fiberglass repair work!

Brandon and Tomas did an outstanding job restoring my dark blue hull to a perfect finish. It had multiple scuff marks and scratches along with a few places where the gelcoat had been penetrated. They fixed it all and It looks brand new. Outstanding job!!
