I honestly wish I could give Total Recon 100 stars because 5 stars is not enough! From the moment I arrived, they were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming, and they treated both me and my car with so much care. My SUV had previously been used as a work truck, so it was extremely dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, but they completely transformed it and made it look and smell like a brand-new car. They didn’t just stop at detailing either my trunk wasn’t opening at all when I arrived, and they took the time to look at it and fixed it so it opens perfectly now. My passenger door was making a noise, and they fixed that within seconds too. They even helped me install Apple CarPlay, helped me put in the car seats I had ordered, and gifted me floor mats for my car! They went above and beyond what I ever expected, all while giving me a very good price. The level of service, kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help was truly amazing. No other car detailing place can compare to Total Recon! I will absolutely continue being a customer and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my car you guys are truly the best! 100/10 experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently picked up this 2014 Honda. While it was in good mechanical shape, the interior felt worn and lived in, and I wanted to make it my own! I stopped by Total Recon on Friday so they could take a look, and they were ready to take it in on Saturday. When I got the car back that evening, I was impressed! They put a lot of heart into their work, and the attention to detail really shows. It feels like my car now. They are professionals who deliver exactly what they promise. It was a great investment for a car I plan to drive for years to come. I highly recommend them!!

Picasso and his crew are 2 for 2 with my completely changing how my vehicles look when they leave his facility. My most recent used car had a cigarette smell that I couldn’t get out, Picasso took care of that and more. My car looks brand new and 10x better than when I bought it. At Total Recon you get the best and it is worth every penny. Highly recommended!!!

Cleanest auto detailing center I’ve ever seen. Place is spotless and meticulous! The work shows in the vehicle’s serviced. My car was Left just as clean and meticulous. Very happy! I’m a repeat customer at the new location in Spfld. I highly recommend scotch guard and ceramic coating!! We spend so much money on buying our vehicles. Why not put in a little extra to preserve our investments and invest in ourselves. The car comes out beautiful!! Adding more shine than when you first drive it off the lot brand new and also enhances the color while protecting it for years to come. Thanks again Picasso and Kenny for a job well done!
