After trying to buy a $5300 ebike from this place for my kid I just couldn’t convince my self to hive them any of my business. The sales man (Jon) had a attitude from the beginning like I was bothering him by asking questions about it and once we got the total out the door price I tried to get some kind of deal even 5% would have been great but he basically told me he dosent work for free. It’s not like I was asking for $1000s of here. The out the door price was $6086 after all there bs fees and msrp. Ha can down to $6000 even. (That’s less than 2% off lol). So we ended up driving 3 hours to Columbus to electrix moto co and bought a surron ultra bee for the same money I would have spent on the bike they had. They didn’t charge any fees for anything. The bike was msrp and still includes the title all for free! So shop around guys before you spend your hard earned money on this joke of a business.

Hands down best motorcycle purchase experience I've ever had. Easy negotiation with no up sales pitch or nonsense charges. Has the best selection of in stock Royal Enfield bikes within 6 hours of us looking. John was great to deal with and really earned us as customers for life. This is how dealerships use to be. Don't go somewhere else. This is the place your looking for.

This has nothing to do with the sales team. They have been great when I’ve talked to them But the parts/service department is awful. Bought a set of mirrors and they gave the wrong ones, no big deal. Take my machine in to do an oil change and a few other things, was originally told they would go ahead and have the new mirror to replace the wrong ones and I’d have all the other work done and could pick up my machine the same day. Ended up being told when I dropped it off they’d have no chance to do it all for like a week. A bunch of stuff they said they’d have in stock was not. And never ordered the replacement mirrors. Was told everything would take 5 days, 2 and a half weeks later they finally get it, and it’s the wrong set again. So now waiting, also was told the GM would reach out to me, still nothing and it’s been almost a week. Absolutely terrible. Will probably take my machine 2-3 hours away now to get it serviced if this isn’t resolved

Motorsports Mecca. Who knew Segway was such a juggernaut? Don't be a fool. Examine before buying anything else! Zero and Royal Enfield, KTM. All the stuff I want is here.
