Excellent experience here. The staff were amazing and very helpful, from start to finish. In addition to excellent service to include using their hangar to store my plane, Jay & Jerod did an incredible detail job inside and out. They were very thorough, extremely detailed, and very careful. I gave specific detail instructions (which they already knew) and performed all with perfection. Highly recommend.

They always treat us well (flying C441 for work). We came in late a couple of weeks ago and were even able to snag a free ride to a local hotel. Thanks for your service guys! We’ll be back for some jet juice!

Awesome service! Michaela was so helpful in bringing in our small plane on a busy weekend! The ramp team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The whole team went out of their way to make it an awesome experience and very easy, one of the best I've seen. I will be back for sure, highly recommend!!

GET A LEKTRO. Watched the line guys try 3 different tugs before one finally started. Not one, but two GPU’s broken (a Lektro fixes both of these problems). Line guys were great but csr sounded annoyed and less than willing to speak to them over the radio. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Fuel was a good price compared to the other FBO’s on the field, but they just seemed so unorganized. I’ll go to Atlantic or Million Air next time.

Fantastic service! Our Citation arrived at night with no notice on a holiday weekend, and the team could not have been more helpful. They provided excellent hotel recommendations, a crew car, and the next day went above and beyond by assisting with passenger pickup coordination at another FBO. These folks truly define the meaning of exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Tucson Jet Center for anyone passing through TUS!
