I received personalized service from my sales rep, Bob Higbee. Bob had sold my deck boat for me last year so when I decided to purchase a pontoon boat, I contacted him again. Bob has many years of experience in boat sales. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks again, Bob!

If you're looking to buy a boat, Craig is the only salesperson I truly trust. He treats this dealership as if he owns it. His level of dedication, professionalism, and customer care goes far beyond making a sale. What impressed me the most happened when I bought a boat from a different dealership. I ran into trouble on the water, and even though Craig had nothing to do with that sale, he personally came out in his own boat to help rescue me. He didn't have to do that, but he did. That experience showed me exactly who he is. He genuinely cares about boaters, not just customers. Whether you bought from him or not, he'll do everything he can to help. In today's world, it's rare to find someone with that kind of integrity and commitment. Craig has earned my trust completely, and when it's time for my next boat, he'll be the first person I call.

I have known Nick Bod for several years. Recently, Nick worked with Tacoma Yacht Club's Daffodil Committee in arranging for the Daffodil Festival's "Land Parade" transportation for TYC's Grand Marshal, under the Union Bay Marine banner. Nick arranged to provide Union Bay Marine's truck and boat/trailer, in which TYC's Club officers rode, along with appropriate event banners highlighting Union Bay's participation in the parade. Nick's efforts and coordination with TYC, allowed the Club and Union Bay Marine to have a great presence in the Tacoma and Puyallup communities. Nick received numerous comments about his personal attention to details, his friendliness, and energy he brought to the parade. If I were to buy a boat...Nick would be my go-to guy...for sure!! We bought our first boat at Union Marine and everything went great. Bob and Mike great, and very knowledgeable about the boat. They are friendly and was a pressure to work with the whole process. I recommend for whoever that look for their first boat or upgrade.

This was my first time buying a boat from a dealer. I didn't know what to expect. Craig made me feel right at home. He wasn't pushy at all and made finding the right boat very easy. He found me the boat that fit my budget and didn't try to sell me on something I couldn't afford. Craig has proven that there are still honest people out in the world.
