Had to take my car to them for a full detail after a big name car lot failed to meet my standards or any standards as far as that matters. ABSOLUTELY an awesome job. Get this the owner asked me to come back in if I found any problems!!!! WOW what a delightful experience. Happy to see that there is still quality work done at an affordable price.

Our car DESPERATELY needed a good cleaning. We’ve only ever done basic vacuuming and interiors cleanings ourselves. After our seats got rained on, I decided it needed a professional detail. I’m glad I chose Unique. They went above and beyond my expectations. It was truly worth every penny!! Our Civic looks brand new again!

We booked a car detailing appointment for Wednesday at 10:00 AM—but when she called, she insisted it was 9:30 AM, and did so with a clear attitude. If your system shows a different time, that’s your responsibility to communicate properly, not something to push onto customers with disrespect. Get your scheduling straight. Inform your staff correctly. And most importantly fix your attitude. Customers are the reason your business exists. Show some basic decency, professionalism, and respect. Right now, your communication and customer service are seriously lacking. Do better.
