EXCELLENT! Took my 2015 F150 in for a warranty issue on the paint protection from dealership. They not only took care of water spots. They thoroughly cleaned the inside and out and made the truck look like new. The owner is very hard working and dedicated to doing amazing work and making the customer happy. I highly recommend Universal. We were so impressed with the truck. I've taken my mothers car in for a complete detail inside and out and have an appointment for my van when that is complete. I drove over an hour to the shop but well worth the drive. Owner kept me posted every step of the detailing process and sent pics to show progress.

I recently had my car detailed here and was disappointed with the overall service. The interior still had dust and stains that were supposed to be cleaned, and some areas looked like they were rushed. Communication was also not great, and the service did not match the price I paid. I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Took two of my cars to Universal detailing and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. I didn’t have before photos of these cars, but the black car was in the worst shape ever and Universal detailing restored it to brand new quality. Would highly recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed.

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.
