Valley Marine

So they committed fraud today I got a call from the service manager said my boat had a cracked block and that they pulled the manifolds off my boat and those were fine I was charged an hour of service time the manifolds were never taken off because I secretly marked two bolts they told me that it'd be $10,000 for a new motor I went home did a compression test it passed with flying colors pulled the manifolds they were cracked do not go to this dealership they took my money and never fixed a thing when they could have just replaced the manifolds and let me have my fun for the summer they complained about the age of my boat told me that they would only do the manifolds I waited almost 2 months patiently to be lied to because I walked in there in a safety shirt dirty pants I guess they don't respect a blue collar worker with money then the lady up front made me wait 10 minutes while she did paperwork if you don't want to work on my boat just tell me that just plain pathetic customer service.

I was looking for a very specific boat (year, model, engine, etc.) and I found it at Valley Marine, I worked with Kyle there who was able to provide me all of the info I was looking for and explain the process to me. He provided me detailed photos and videos of the boat and provided all information he could. This was important to me as I was making a long road trip to look at it. During the water test an issue was identified and Kyle was not going to be able to get everything corrected before the end of the day. Knowing how far I drove Kyle offered me to still take the boat with me and assured he would make things right. Even after the purchase Kyle stayed in contact with me and assured I got the parts and service I needed and that the boat was in tip top shape. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first given I had no leverage after providing payment but I was impressed with the professionalism, consistent communication, and seeing too that everything was corrected. Great experience.

Really great experience purchasing a boat from Valley Marine! I called to ask about what options they had and spoke to Sylvia who was great. Andy and Kyle reached out immediately and were super helpful. Kyle answered a million questions and was amazing to work with! He was super knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and very down to earth, which I really appreciated. Kyle has been very responsive and great to work with even after the purchase, which is not always the case. Several friends had highly recommended that I reach out to Valley Marine when they heard I was looking for a boat. They said that their customer service and expertise were the best in the area, and that is exactly what I experienced. I had reached out to another local dealer early on in the process and they were very arrogant, which is the exact opposite of what I experienced at Valley. Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond to make this such a great experience! You’ve earned my loyalty!
