Vantage Detailing and Ceramic Coating

Took my 2025 Audi S5 to Vantage for a full satin ppf and ceramic coating. Parker and his team did an amazing job. Great communication from start to finish and got daily update videos on the progress. Upon pickup I had a couple of issues with my trunk not working correctly and rattle in the drivers door when playing music. Parker was willing to look at it and fix whatever was wrong. I chose to take it back to dealership since it’s still under warranty. The problems I ended up having had nothing to do with Parker and his team but instead system faults and not enough felt around the door trim from factory. I got multiple compliments from the dealership about how good of a job Parker and his team did with the ppf. Highly recommended and would definitely go back.

I cannot recommend Vantage Paint Protection and Tint and Parker and his Team highly enough. Over the years, I’ve owned more than a dozen vehicles that I’ve had professionally protected with PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint, so I’ve worked with quite a few shops and have a very good idea of what separates an average installation from an exceptional one. What impressed me just as much as the quality of the work, however, was the communication and overall customer experience. We worked directly with Parker, the owner, and his communication was exceptional from beginning to end. Throughout the project, he sent me daily text messages with video updates showing the progress on the car. I never had to wonder what was happening or where they were in the process. If I had a question or concern, Parker responded promptly, explained what they were doing and why, and made sure I was comfortable with the decision before moving forward. It genuinely felt like a collaboration rather than simply dropping the car off at a shop. That level of transparency carried over to the pricing as well. Everything was clearly explained, the costs were transparent, and there were no surprises. Considering the quality of the materials, workmanship, attention to detail, communication, and final result, I believe we received exceptional value for the money. The service at Vantage was very professional and knowledgeable. I got the protective film install in the front and mirrors and I had all of my windows tinted. The car looks so good and it stays cool. I have referred several friends to Vantage.
