Long story, bare with me. If you want the short version: Dishonest, sub par service. Dropped off some items to be powder coated and was told 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and they then said it would be ready Monday of the next week. Monday rolls around and then they change it to the end of the week... so I finally go to pick up my stuff, over a week and a half late and it's the wrong color! Everything was clearly labeled with Sharpie what color it was supposed to be. I was told it was my fault because there were 3 different types of color, green, satin black and gloss black. After my dealer dropped off some new items to give them a second shot I finally get a call saying I owed them $650 for the old work!!! They said they mailed an invoice trying to collect payment, I asked what address they sent it to... they didn't know. Of course not, I've never given them my address. Lies!!! They said there were several notes being turned in dating they had called, I asked when the last time was... they didn't know. But I thought there were notes??? Lies. After correcting the amount because they failed to document the two different orders (350 had been paid for partial pickup the first time) I went ahead and paid the 300 because they were no longer willing to honor what their shop manager had said (I never even as
