  I would highly recommend doing all your marine business with Verne Eide. I am from Omaha and we have the worst marine shops. They are not helpful and make you feel like it is a privilege to do business with them. John, at Verne Edie, knows how to take care of customers. The funny thing is, I’m not even a customer, yet! I was adding a kicker to my Ranger and he helped me every step of the way. I didn’t buy the boat from them and never have, yet he provided detailed explanations and recommendations, and even called me back when I couldn’t reach him and had to leave messages. When it comes time for me to buy a new boat, it will be from Vern Eide. Thank you John for your wonderful customer service.

  Whew. Where to start? I was going to review bomb this place into oblivion. I started with a salesman that straight up lied to my face. And I purchased the boat. Only to find out it was not what I was told. I found out later my salesman was fired due to various reasons. BUT: Jason (GM) listened to my frustrations, quietly while I was very upset. He didn’t pass me off. He didn’t say "oh well you bought it" and wiped his hands clean. He promised to make it right and he has done exactly that. I am beyond impressed. But more importantly I am impressed with Jason character. He is a good and honest man. When I left the dealership that day after coming in hot, I truly felt I was in good hands. I will buy my next boat from him in the future when that time comes. I would strongly recommend this Marina to anyone looking to purchase a boat.
