  This review is well over a year past due. I was very hesitant to leave one but every day that goes by and I see the marks everywhere on my two vehicles, it becomes very upsetting At first they seemed like they were fine and good to work with. I had taken a brand new truck to get ceramic coated because they had told me that would be the best thing to protect it and that water would bead right off without leaving anything behind. I thought they did a good job so Right after that I bought a brand new corvette straight from the dealership to them to get tint, ppf, and ceramic coat. After the car was done we noticed a substance spilled on the passenger interior of the car, they denied it was them yet they were the only people who had touched the car as it was driven straight there from the dealer. They ended up owning up to it and cleaning. We also pointed out air bubbles in the tint and ppf and they said they would go away. Now we are a year and a half down the road and non of these have gone away. I sent several emails and phone calls about 6 months after the initial install on both vehicles to bring up concerns and they never once responded. The ceramic coat on the truck has left watermarks like crazy and does not shed water like they told me it would. Water will just sit on the surface constantly, even on the vertical surfaces. I sent pictures and videos of this in my emails and never got a response. This business offers incredibly poor customer service, zero accountability and would highly advise against going to them (It is hard to take pictures do to the reflection but you can see all the water marks/stains)

  Great job, fair enough price. Wheels/Rims 5+ Stars. My only concern is longevity and upkeep. I’ve already invested over $70.00 in AG and. Ceramic Pro maintenance products
