Wash Ur Whip llc

I made an appt a week and a half in advance for this past Friday morning at 9am. When I made the appt I got an email saying someone would reach out shortly to get my info and confirm the details of the wash. The 1st red flag was that a week had passed and no one called...so I called them 3 days before my appt. When I called I advised I hadn’t received a call yet so I wanted to confirm my appt was still good. I was told he usually doesn’t call until closer to the appt day…I thought that was kind of weird as 3 days before is pretty darn close to the appt day, but it was not the end of the world so I didn’t fuss about it. The night before my appt James texts me asking if he can come earlier than scheduled. I said yes and we agreed on an 8am appt instead. At 7:59am on the day of the appt he texts me saying he needs to reschedule bc he had equipment failure. I found it odd that 1) he didn’t realize his equipment wasn’t working the night before or anytime prior to my appt time, and 2) he waited until the very last minute to let me know he wouldn’t show up as he should have already been on his way to my house well before 7:59am - that was the 2nd red flag. I decided to still go with his company bc I really needed a mobile service for the convenience and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I was needing this service for my son’s prom the following weekend (which I also explained to him) so I figured it would be easier to just reschedule with him than try and find another company as this was time sensitive….so I agreed to reschedule for 3 days later at the same time. Monday (appt day) comes and at 9:01 I get a text from him asking if I had to leave at any point. I was confused bc it’s a minute after the appt time and he wasn’t texting to either say he was at my house or that he was running a bit late but on his way. I told him yes I had to leave for another appt which is why I wanted an early morning appt again so he would have plenty of time to finish before I had

James was amazing! He was a great communicator, on time, and detailed oriented. He did an amazing job on our car and I HIGHLY recommend him and his company!

James did a great job detailing all 3 cars I own which are Kia k5 2024, a 2016 ford fusion, and a 2004 Toyota solara. Exterior and interior. All for a fair price! I definitely will be calling back for touch ups and the guy is easy going and easy to talk too. (Pictures were taken during the cleaning not after he was finished)
