Waterworks Car Wash & Detail Center

I used to go here to wash my car all the time but service has really gone downhill. I recently hurt my knee and it's hard for me to kneel to get the floor or lean over to clean the inside of the car. I decided to take my car here because not many places do interior detailing. I do vacuum regularly and I haven't had the dog in the car for several weeks because of the heat. So there was minimal dog hair but I wanted them to clean the carpet as well as shampoo the seats. You are also required to buy a basic car wash which according to their receipt includes cleaning the outside as well as wiping the dash and console. I think the level of detail for $130 was extremely poor. I pointed out the dust on the door console and was told that wasn't included. So instead of letting them write "misc" I would have them list in writing what exactly they are going to do. They didn't seem to clean the dash or console at all. I was there for 2 hours waiting for my car and needed to leave so I just finished the rest myself when I got home. I guess I should have just done this is the first place. Did they even wash the outside of the car with leaves still in the hood?

As someone who runs an automotive shop, I know that attention to detail is everything. I brought my car here for a professional wheel cleaning, and frankly, I’m shocked. The spokes were left completely coated in brake dust see the attached photos. I didn’t expect a show-car finish, but I did expect the wheels to be cleaned. I could have gotten a better result in 5 minutes at a DIY car wash. For a business that specializes exclusively in detailing, this is a massive lapse in quality control. It makes me wonder what other 'professional' services are being skipped. I’d love to hear how you plan on fixing this and restoring my confidence in your work.

The clean itself was great, i have a very hairy dog and they managed to get 95% of his hair all vacuumed out. But as some other reviews show my exterior paint and plastic was scratched in multiple spots from the brushes in the wash i’m assuming Do not go if you care for your cars paint :/
