Watters Royal Finish exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They reached out shortly after I booked to introduce themselves and clearly explain what to expect. The booking process for the internal detailing was simple and straightforward, and their communication was excellent throughout. For context, my vehicle is a 2006 model with only one previous owner, and honestly, this is probably the cleanest it has ever been. There was deep, ingrained dust and debris in areas that I never thought could be fully cleaned, but Watters Royal Finish proved me wrong. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and they went above and beyond to make sure every area was thoroughly cleaned. They arrived on time, finished on schedule, and were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They treated my vehicle and the personal items inside with respect, which I greatly appreciated. The quality of work was well worth the cost, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. Royal Finish is definitely one of the best detailing services in the Augusta area. I needed my car shampooed on very short notice, and he didn’t hesitate to reach out and take care of it as soon as possible. He did a fantastic job. The seats look like new again, and the entire car smells better than ever. Great service, great communication, and quality work. I strongly recommend Royal Finish to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and professional detailer. Definitely a 5 star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The quality and attention to detail are amazing! I got more than my money's worth. This job was done with professionalism and care. This is my late father's vehicle. Last year, my mother came to live with me and we treat this vehicle as a rolling memorial to him. When ever she sees it looking emaculate she gets emotional. Watters Royal Finish keeps this vehicle looking like this year round and will be the only company I use to keep this and all my other vehicles looking clean!

Watters Royal Finish was phenomenal! Even though Montel wasn’t taking mobile jobs at the time, he still accommodated me and allowed me to bring my vehicle to his location. He did an amazing job, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Great service, excellent work, and very reasonable pricing. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you again!
