They do offer after-hours callouts and associated fees; therefore, it is advisable not to arrive unannounced after regular operating hours. The team was exceptional, and the facility itself was both expansive and well-maintained. We appreciated the CAA pricing and the provision of a luxurious crew vehicle. Our passengers were delighted with the complimentary ice cream, which was a lovely additional treat.

I am a full-time capt. with a part 91 flight department. Received exceptional customer service with this FBO. This was my first time returning since a lot of the main building had been renovated. Very clean, very comfortable. Hope it stays that way! The CSR and line service were all extremely helpful and accommodating. Made our job a breeze. Will definitely return!

Great experience team was courteous,friendly and truly enjoyed the experience. Facility was immaculate. And as a unexpected treat, The absolute best ice-cream ever.

This is by far my favorite FBO. Really great staff, super attentive line services, they don't charge you for every tiny little thing you ask for. Crew car was nice, clean and pretty new. Great experience. FBO waiting room is extremely modern and they have free ice cream. If you are just looking for a good airport for a family day fly in you can land, get a crew car and get to lots of great restaurants and parks within 15-20 minutes.

I’ve had a couple of really great experiences with Waypoint over the years. They’ve helped me get a hangar spot last minute prior to storms coming through the area. On our last trip, they pulled my plane into their hangar to melt frost off prior to departure without me even having to ask. First rate service, and it’s a genuine care for the customer. They now have expanded ramp parking and a very comfortable lounge area. Highly recommend if passing through or staying at LUK.
