⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Westside Marina. From start to finish, the entire experience was first-class. The staff kept me informed every step of the way, always returning my calls and providing honest updates on the progress of my boat. They didn't just fix the original issue—they caught an additional cracked plastic T-fitting during final testing, tracked down the correct replacement, and refused to let the boat leave until everything was right. That level of attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and I never felt pressured or misled. It's refreshing to find a business that values quality workmanship and customer service the way they do. AJ, Wes, Riley and the entire crew deserve a big thank-you for their dedication and professionalism. I have complete confidence in the work they performed and will definitely be returning for future service and annual maintenance. Fantastic Service, Honesty, and Speed! I cannot recommend Westside Marine enough! This was my first time using them, and I'm already extremely happy with the service, the price, and their expertise. The team was incredibly friendly and truly honest. They fixed my jet ski in less than a day, which was a huge relief. More importantly, they saved me a significant amount of money by focusing only on the repairs that were truly necessary, giving me the option to decide on the "nice to have" fixes. My former repair place never even offered that kind of transparency. If you are looking for a marine service you can trust that delivers fast, expert results, look no further than Westside Marine.

Our experience at Westside Marine has been fantastic from start to finish. Riley and Austin are very good at what they do, especially when it comes to communication. We are so happy to have them in our corner! Our confidence in them gives us peace of mind and allows us to enjoy our new-to-us boat worry free. You get a quote after you leave your boat, then the quote doubles, then it triples. Went in there with a start issue and left paying $4300. By the time I got home the trim lines leaked (they did not leak before that). They said bring it back and after 10 days only ended up fixing ONE line, but I paid for all 4. Notice the pictures and how I got my boat back, and the receipt. After another mechanic looked at the boat, it was a bad fuel pump. They did not replace that, nor fix my start issue. They did install a new ignition switch that kept falling off, they left one spark plug wire not connected, they overfilled the oil on the oil change by over a quart. This is the most dishonest boat shop in all of Phoenix.

Nick and his excellent team of mechanics and technicians provide expert service for my boat, on time and under budget. I own a 1996 Caliber 1 206 SKR. This is a classic speedboat that I purchased from the original owner. Nick and his team perform annual maintenance and diagnose any problems that arise. For example they suggested I replace the bellows since the rubber had completely hardened and there were noticeable cracks on the outside and when my throttle finally broke and even though it is no longer manufactured, they found the perfect replacement. I highly recommend Westside Marine for any boat owners, whether you own a brand new wake boat, pontoon boat, or a classic speedboat such as mine, Westside Marine is the place to go!
