UPDATE 4/8/26: After posting this review, the owner contacted me and worked with me to resolve the issue. A partial refund of $225 was provided, which I received. I appreciate the effort to resolve the matter. I am leaving my original review for transparency regarding my experience. UPDATE 4/4/26: I am updating my original review after giving the owner an opportunity to resolve a recurring issue, which unfortunately was not addressed. On 12/13/25, I had a significant punch spill in my trunk that spread toward the front of my vehicle. Due to scheduling delays and limited availability, my vehicle was not serviced until 1/31/26. During that time, the untreated spill led to odor development, mold formation, and ultimately a fruit fly infestation. The service was performed at the owner’s home garage. Initially, the vehicle appeared clean, and there were no visible fruit flies. I was told that all mold had been professionally removed and that the seats had been taken out and the vehicle thoroughly cleaned. However, there was still a faint “yeast-like” odor after the service. Approximately two weeks later, fruit flies began to reappear and gradually worsened. Despite my efforts to address the issue myself—including attempting to remove portions of the carpet and thoroughly wiping down surfaces—the problem persisted. I contacted the owner on 3/4/26 and was told that all mold and spores had already been eliminated. The only solution offered was to purchase another mold and ozone treatment. When I asked for a quote and attempted to schedule service, I did not receive a response. I followed up again on 3/5/26 and never heard back. I paid a total of $405 ($25 deposit + $380 service) for this work. I then hired another detailing company to properly assess and address the issue. They removed the seats and accessed the spare tire compartment and underlying areas. It became immediately clear that these areas had not been cleaned during the original service. There was visible

I just want to start by saying the attention to detail and professionalism is top tier. I missed my first appointment because my son was in the ER with respiratory issues. I called immediately after remembering I missed the appointment and he worked with me to get me in the next day. I took my car to him originally because I had spiders in my car. I was worried about my son being bit. Shortly after starting he called to say there is some pretty bad mold growth. I will attach pictures. We traced back my son's symptoms and we are willing to bet that mold had been there for about a year (since he was born). I can confidently say his attention to detail and thoroughness saved my son's life. My son's lungs were collapsing and we could not figure out why. He not only made my car look brand new, he remediated the mold, and my car smells amazing. He is very kind and understanding! I highly recommend him to everyone reading this! This overly paranoid mama even reached out panicked since I had convinced myself the mold came back. He let me come back to reassure me and go over the back seat once more. You will have a hard time finding service and results like this anywhere else.

I recently had my car and my husband's truck detailed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. The owner did an outstanding job on both vehicles, they looked absolutely amazing when he was finished! Not only was the quality of his work exceptional, but I was also very impressed with how quickly he completed the job without sacrificing attention to detail. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and values his customers.
