  I recently brought my father’s dodge Ram truck in for a complete detail as a surprise Father’s Day gift. I dropped it off on Tuesday, July 8th at closing time and picked it up on Wednesday, July 9th, also at closing. The gentleman I spoke with—who I believe is either the owner or manager—was incredibly kind and helpful. At first glance, I was very happy with the results. The truck was in rough shape, and I knew I was going to pay a higher cost to bring it back to life. I paid $445, and several parts of the job were done exceptionally well. The exterior paint, despite some wear and peeling due to age, was brought back to a nice shine, and the center console looks fantastic. The before-and-after comparison shows clear improvements, and those efforts are genuinely appreciated. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of the service that I feel didn’t reflect the level of detail promised under a “complete detail.” Once I got home and had more time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, I noticed several areas that were overlooked: • The area around the seatbelts was not cleaned at all (see attached photo). • The interior of the doors had noticeable grime that wiped off easily with a simple cloth. • The wheels were not cleaned, and the engine compartment was not steam cleaned as outlined in the service description (photos attached). • There is also a broken section on the steering wheel that was not present before the service (see photo). I understand this is a 16-year-old work truck, and not everything can be made perfect—but many of the missed areas seem like they were skipped rather than too worn to improve. The most disappointing part for me is the lack of attention to detail, especially given the price I paid. I would have happily waited longer for the job to be more thoroughly completed.
