Not only a subpar experience, but truly awful experience. Not only was I not ever once offered a refund or any amount of money back for the disaster this crew made of my car, but I was ghosted and not responded to over a multitude of times, trying to fix the problem. I opted for the full body PPF with ceramic coating over top. Following a job, the owner admitted he had a heater running that threw up a tremendous amount of debris upon installation. This debris was trapped beneath the PPF and my brand new Porsche. These were not simply dirt bubbles, but excessive peeling across the entire vehicle. Every single panel had serious flaws. A testament to poor communication, poor craftsmanship, and a poorly ran business. Please save yourself a headache. The mistake of going to WNY Auto Spa cost me over 16 thousand dollars due to the cost of complete removal after having the entire job redone by another shop, after already paying for it the first time with no refund offered.

I’ve always hated getting scratches in my paint, but through the winter I have to go through a car wash to keep my vehicle clean. After buying my 2024 Silverado 3500, I took it right to WNY Auto Spa where they applied a ceramic coating to the truck. That was about a year and a half ago, and it has held up amazing! (Not to mention it’s super easy to clean now) Definitely worth the money, and I will be going back in the future.

Outstanding work!! Top level car care. WNY auto spa completed a paint correction and a 5 year ceramic coating on my daughter’s 2018 Alpha Romeo, removing a handful of blemishes and imperfections. The car looks show room ready again. The owner was very pleasant to work with and takes a high level of pride in his work. I was very pleased and highly recommend this service.

I cannot say enough about WNY Auto Spa, Dylan and his team did an outstanding job with detailing my interior. My car has never been so clean…. SERIOUSLY SPOTLESS. From the dirt/dust removal to making the leather and suede look brand new again. This detail was the best I have ever received. The price was super fair, very comparable to local dealerships. Please give WNY a fair shot, once you do you will never go anywhere else!
