I have come here all three years of my tenure at Texas A&M. I have always loved this place as it’s convenient, easy, and quick. I have never had any issues with anything, it has always been a swift experience. However, today I took my car through to get a wash and a detail. I have a small opening next to my gear shift that holds my coins. In the three years I have been here I have NEVER had an issue with my coins being there and none have ever gone missing. Today, when I was told my car was done, I get into my car and see that there is easily 25+ quarters missing ( I organize my coins in this small opening). My quarters sit on top of all the coins due to logistical reasons with the opening. When I asked where they went I was told to go inside and see what can be done. When I went inside and explained what happened, I was told there was nothing that was going to be given back to me nor done for me as they have posted signage that says “ please remove all valuables”. I have never once removed my valuables, and you cannot expect every individual to remove every “valuable” before this supposed quick and fast car wash. I feel like basic human logic would tell you to not vacuum a small opening full of coins that you cannot see the bottom of. During this conversation with maybe the manager, he told me the ONLY thing he would do is find out who did my car and asked what happened. What does that do for me? Absolutely nothing. Thank you so much for the bare minimum professionalism. I’m glad that nothing was done about this and I hope it serves to be a lesson for the future. Some clean job on the gear shift area too. Oddly suspicious that just quarters went missing and no loose dimes are gone as well. If you are going to “ vacuum” quarters at least don’t leave 1 remaining.

This past Monday, I saw a man and his bike stranded on the road. I was happy to help but unfortunately it left my car a mess. I attempted to clean it myself but it was just too much, so I brought it over to this establishment and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. It only took about an hour and a half until my car was ready. Mariano did such a great job cleaning my car, I can now breathe again and it’s even cleaner than it was before. My car being secondhand, it needed a lot of tender love and care. I have been meaning to get it cleaned and now the interior is as good as new! Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle! It is such a relief to have my car back nice and clean!

Have been a regular customer for years, went in this morning for oil change and wash, inside of truck looked as though it had not been vacuumed, outside was spotty and wheels were not clean

I had to take a fleet vehicle to be extensively detailed due to a former employee smoking in the car. There was also melted instant coffee grounds on the seats and floor boards (my doing unfortunately) because I thought the coffee would soak up the smoke smell. Boy was I wrong. The car smelled HORRIBLE and I was at a loss. I took it to Wolf Creek and they told me they would take care of it. Arellano did a FANTASTIC job! The car looks amazing! Still some odor but I knew that wouldn’t be 100% gone. He really did such an awesome job! Wolf Creek never disappoints with our fleet cars and that’s why we will continue to return to them. Friendly... but kept me there 1.5 hrs. They were closed 15+ min's when I finally got my car & I was very late for a dinner date so I didn't walk around my car. I didn't see the big scratch they put on the passenger side rear fender until 1st thing the next morning. I'm single, 60 & kid free. I take exceptional care of my Lexus & keep it clean. This was blatant lack of honesty & integrity... sad to know this business is Aggie owned.
