WOW AUTO SPA

I originally wanted to give Wow Auto Spa 5 stars because the gentleman I dealt with was very nice and professional. He was polite and easy to talk to, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, after taking a closer look at my vehicle once I got home, I realized the detailing was not done nearly as thoroughly as I expected from a full detail. I had literally just bought my car the day before bringing it in because I wanted to start off with a completely clean vehicle. When I inspected it more closely, I found gobs of hair, dirt, and debris still in between the seats and around the seatbelts. The vents were still full of dust and debris, and there were handprints left on the windows and windshield, which definitely shouldn’t be the case after a detail. The trunk area was barely vacuumed and looked like it wasn’t really touched. Another thing that really bothered me was that they threw away a brand-new bottle of water that was sitting in my cup holder. It was one of the big bottles I had just bought from Walmart for about $5 and had only taken one sip from. Instead of simply asking if I still wanted it, it was thrown away. When I mentioned it, the response I got was “Oh ma’am, I’m sorry.” I understand mistakes happen, but it was still my personal property and shouldn’t have been thrown away without asking. At the very least, they could have offered to reimburse me. For context, I had a bag sitting on my passenger seat that I left there myself, and they didn’t move or touch it at all. So it was confusing that my water bottle was thrown away while other items were just left where they were. The most frustrating part was discovering later that the handle for my rear sunshade had been broken off, and no one mentioned it to me. Now I’m stuck having to replace the entire sunshade, which is over $100, because the individual part isn’t available for my car. I had literally just purchased this vehicle and brought it in for a detail less than 24 hours after buying it, hoping

All pictures are after a $220 service. I unbolted the seats for them and they couldn't even bother to tilt them back to vacuum or shampoo under them. Seats completely untouched still hairs on them. Definitely stay away from this waste of time and money.

Must start this review with "Wow!" My truck looks great, I appreciate the work. I stopped by on a Tuesday morning and they squeezed me in without an appointment (call ahead for best results). Reasonable rates and speedy service for the exterior detail. Highly recommend. UPDATE: came back to see if WOW could get the desert mud off my truck and yes, they did! Awesome job.
