We are first time boat owners and the primary reason we bought from Wright Marine was because of how well we were treated by the owners, Kevin and Melissa. It was evident from the time I stepped into their shop that this family business is not satisfied with just selling you a boat. They are focused on establishing a genuine and honest long term customer relationship. Melissa listened to what we were looking for in a boat and offered a couple of different models that fit our requirements. She even arranged to have the boat we eventually purchased transported in from out of town to ensure it was a good fit for us. Melissa was available at all hours (within reason, lol) to patiently answer all of our questions and guide us through the whole purchase and financing process. As a native local waterman and expert mechanic, Kevin walked me through all aspects of boat operations, engine maintenance and local waterway information during our sea trial. For the past seven months, I looked up and down the east coast for the right boat and, more importantly, the right dealership where I would be treated honestly and fairly, both with sales and service. I’m so thankful I found Wright Marine right under my nose in the heart of Chesapeake! Melissa, Kevin and their whole team (sons included!) make you feel like you’re part of the family!

Today we made one of our dreams come true with the help of Melissa from Wright’s Marine. Melissa was very easy to work with and very thorough. She took us out on water and went over everything on the skiff with us. Her knowledge of boats and motors is impressive. She made sure we left with all the equipment required by the Coast Guard. Her entire staff, even her cute son, helped clean and get the boat ready to go when we got out of the water. Do not hesitate to purchase your boat or motor from Wrights Marine. You will be glad you did!

Wanted an upgrade to higher HP. Spoke with these fine folks at Wright Marine and got exactly what I wanted and most importantly what I needed. Great folks to work with and very easy to talk to and so friendly. I was able to talk openly about my situation and Melissa made sure I was well informed. Great work on the installation also. Professional, clean, and neat! I highly recommend Wright Marine! Thank you, Mark Bunch

We just purchased our first boat from Wright Marine and they carefully walked us through the whole process. They educated us the entire way and made sure all of our questions were answered. This is a wonderful, professional, one stop family owned shop. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Wright Marine for ALL the boat things- you won’t regret it!

Melissa and Kevin are fantastic to work with. They have serviced our boats for years, and when it came time to sell, they worked with us every step of the way. They both go above and beyond to answer questions and go out of their way to make the customer happy!
