Getting my 2026 Tesla Model Y tinted and wrapped in PPF was a bit of a journey with the winter holidays and a few Tesla-related delays, but Michael made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful with every request and made sure the final result was absolutely flawless. The saying “you get what you pay for” truly applies here. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of work is easily among the best in the Bay Area. The attention to detail and professionalism really stand out. My girlfriend had her car done here as well, and her experience was just as fantastic. Highly recommend if you want top-tier results and great customer service!

I had a pretty good experience with XCare Auto Films. I recently brought in my 2026 Genesis GV70 for full body STEK Dynoshield PPF along with XPEL Fusion Plus Premium ceramic coating. Michael was extremely professional from start to finish. He is very responsive, took the time to explain the different protection options and helped me choose the best setup for my car. I really appreciated that he was transparent about pricing and even offered me a bundle discount for doing the PPF and ceramic coating together. The attention to detail during the installation was impressive. For some reason my cars battery died while it was there, even though its a brand new car. Michael let me borrow a battery jump starter so I could safely take the car back to the dealership. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat every car like it’s their own. Great customer service, high quality work, and totally worth it to protect a new car. I still need to take the car back to their shop for post installation inspection, touchups and fix any flaws in the installation. Will update this review with pics and more updates after the visit.

I had a fantastic experience at Michael’s shop. The entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out the most was their honesty. There were no pushy sales tactics or attempts to upsell me on things I didn't need. They provided excellent service at a very fair price, delivering real value for the money. Highly recommend this shop.

Great service and product. Had the PPF with Ceramic to my new Model Y and could not be happier. Three weeks and 2,000 miles and you could hardly tell. The car maintained a clean look and was well protected by the variety of road hazards on the freeway. The customer service was top notch. Great communication and desire to ensure that everything was done right. Had a follow up to ensure everything was curing well and they resolved a small issue without a problem. Highly recommend

Bring my new 2023 Honda Civic Sport Touring to the shop for coating. The car is not very expensive or luxurious but I love to take good care of it. I bought an Ultimate Armor package with Full-front PPF and Ceramic Coating. Happy with the result so far, the car looks really nice. He also gives good suggestions on everything you need to know about PPF and Ceramic coating!
