I had a great experience with Zeppelin. The technicians that cleaned my air ducts were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. They finished the job in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the results. The pricing was fair as well. Thank you!

Zeppelin did an incredible job with cleaning our home's air ducts and dryer vent. Tyler and Zack were professional and respectful throughout the entire process. I truly cannot express enough how polite they both were during every single interaction with us. They explained everything that they were going to do and continued to check in throughout the time that they were here. They also gave us a heads up that the house was going to become hot and humid during the time that they were working. This gave us a chance to get the windows open and ceiling fans going before they began their work. We were incredibly grateful for this notice since they happened to be scheduled during the first major heat wave of the summer. My husband was working from home during this time and they did a great job of completing their work with very few disruptions to his work day. They took great care to protect our home during their work, including wearing shoe covers, using a vinyl door to cover the open door and deciding on the most direct route to our air ducts from their truck. They also taped our dryer vent securely where it had been loose once they finished cleaning it. We were given before and after photos of our air ducts and a photo of all of the lint and dirt that they blew out of the dryer vent. We were happily stunned by what they had been able to do. They also gave us recommendations for a timeline of service and told us that their work came with free inspections if we wanted them to check the vents at any time before our next service. I felt their pricing was reasonable and appreciated the "bulk discount" on our dryer vent service. Also, I am REALLY grateful that their pricing was plainly listed on their website so that I could plan and budget accordingly. There were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill! We are beyond pleased with the work that Tyler and Zack did and look forward to becoming long-term Zeppelin customers!

Our home badly needed our ducts cleaned, today we had it done for the first time in 10 years. I have a house full of animals and I work from home and generally it’s a bit crazy around here. The two technicians that came today were absolutely wonderful, kind, professional but personable , loved my animals even said goodbye to them when they finished. They kept everything clean, did a great job showing and sending us video, also did our dryer , my whole house already feels better and the air seems cleaner. I don’t usually do well having people in my home, I’m very introverted and uncomfortable, I was not at all. They were just a pleasure to have here and did a fantastic job. I’m super impressed in the quality of young gentleman that they are and in today’s world that’s huge!!!!! Thank you all at Zeppelin for your work quality and good people. I will recommend you guys over any other company I have ever worked with. Proud to have you guys located in our city of Saint Clair Shores and you have a lifelong customer in us ! The Abdenour Family

Marco and the people at Zeppelin were great. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me without trying to upsell. I also really appreciated that they were locally on business. It was refreshing to work with a competent values, Customer Service and fair pricing instead of charging the higher rates you see with a large corporate companies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable air, duct, cleaning, and upholstery and carpet cleaning. It was excellent service!

From the start everyone was so kind and easy to work with, from Jake who came to my home and gave me a quote and run down of what would be done step by step. The scheduling was so easy with Jill! Zack and Andrew were very friendly, kind and easy to work with even helped me put my couch back together when they were done. They cleaned up after themselves, informed me of what to expect before and after the duct cleaning! The whole team and process 10/10! I would highly recommend and have already done so to many family’s!
