I was honestly disappointed. For a $300 detail I expected it to be pretty close to clean. Instead, there was cheese left on a seat, they didn’t clean underneath the floor mats, and there was just junk left at the corners of the seats. They sent a second technician out to do what was missed and they still missed things. I paid extra for steam cleaning and I’m not sure why I did that either. I sent these photos in but nothing was done past the second person, so I paid the invoice, but I was disappointed in this detail job…

I had ZZ Details out to handle a ceramic coating and the results are night and day. Having them come straight to my door in Boulder is a game changer, but the quality of the finish is what really sold me. The paint looks incredible and is finally protected from the elements. If you want professional, no-nonsense detailing, Zach and his team are the ones to call. Highly recommend!

I recently had my BMW X3M Competition detailed with ZZ/MJM detailing and couldn’t be happier with the results! As someone who takes great pride in my car and has high standards when it comes to detailing, I’m often cautious about who I trust with it. Josh exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Josh was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail was outstanding—every surface, inside and out, looked flawless. What really stood out was not just the quality of the work, but the level of care and pride Josh took in making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who treats your car as if it were their own, and Josh did exactly that. If you’re someone in Boulder who has a high end vehicle leave it to these highly experienced professionals to get it right.

Didn't show up. Called them and was told they would contact the person. 30 minutes later, I still haven't heard back from them. Doesn't matter how good of a job they do if they can't show up to do the job. The lack of communication at all is why I've given a 1 star review. If your time is important to you, keep looking for a mobile detailer.

Incredible experience with ZZ detailing. Max did a fantastic job on the car, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely use again
