Work is never done in a timely manner! Ordered the wrong motor for my boat, then took weeks to order the correct one! Mounted motor INCORRECTLY and messed up steering, not to mention leaving my boat out in all weather for over three months due to ordering a pontoon motor for a BASS BOAT! Not to mention HORRIBLE customer service, you’d think they’d be kind when you’re paying them over 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Response to ACS (Owner) from Tucker: You have been everything but accommodating. 2.The jackplate doesn’t need to be adjusted, the new motor was mounted incorrectly (too low) on the jackplate. There was never an issue with the old motor and the new motor is the same length, I can see the marks on the jackplate where the old motor was mounted higher. 3. I have time stamps from the day I dropped it off in February and the day I picked it up in may, so no it wasn’t there 2 weeks. 4. You did nothing to make it right, instead y'all tried to charge me $10,000 more than the original quote when I came to pick it up, and not to mention not one of my gauges was hooked up or my kill switch when I got it back and I had to figure out and do it all myself. 5. No one told me that y'all were on a 2 week back log and actually I was told when I called 2 weeks ago that my boat would be ready to leave the shop early last week. It’s now a week later and I called today to be told that it hasn’t been looked at yet, so before I am called a public liar please check your facts.

I truly struggle with this but I have am absolutely at wits ends with this dealership. I bought a used Triton, mind you I traveled from Texas to Tennessee, I got text all along my route from Austin the owner making sure I was still on the way and how he was going to meet me there on a Saturday to pick up my boat. They do not bother to clean it, whatever I thought, Austin no shows me, the poor lady that did our paperwork when I asked his where he is, smiled and tells me there is no way he was coming to meet me on the weekend? Well thats the start, I got home and filed for the Triton Gold (tournament money) just to find that he never transferred the title with Triton so they cancelled the hull warranty. So I called and we tried to work something out like trade me into a boat that I could get warranty on. Price never worked out, seems Phoenix Boats in Tennessee are 20% higher for some reason than they are in Dallas. Well today my Mercury has a shift problem, no worries I have a long warranty, whoops just to find out they never changed the warranty for the last owner so no warranty! I clearly would like to work something out, I tried to call today then thought about it and I feel this is the best course of action.

Ms. Cindy and Mr. Mike at ACS are awesome. We stopped in the day before our tournament with steering issues and they we willing to jump on it right away! They had us back on the water in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service in the Kentucky lake area!
