We had a great experience working with Cody at C & O! We submitted an inquiry after finding a boat at their dealership that we already knew we wanted, and he got back to us quickly. We were also trading in our car, and Cody made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions. We never felt pressured and truly appreciated how easy he made everything. We’re so excited about our new boat and would highly recommend Cody and the team at C & O!

Not a good experience at all. Spent almost 11k only to have my fuel gauge not working, my trim, and speedo not working and broke the back glass to my gauges. You can't speak with a manager hardly ever. I was advised a re-power was the way to go and would be simple but it definitely wasn't. I had a longer review written and it wouldn't let me post. In short, a $100 external fuel gauge would have saved my business with you guys, instead i had to pay 200 and my boat isn't any better. I also noticed the motor hasn't been serviced and I definitely asked for that when I dropped the motor off. The boat was there a long time and I never rushed you guys, im Def not happy about this and wouldn't recommend you at this point. I hate these reviews. Before responding to this, know I spent most all my life involved in a family customer service business and still work for myself. I believe in small businesses. I hope you work to fix your failures in the area of customer service. Out of 20 couples on the water this weekend only one had anything good to say. He's friends with Mr Odom. Thats not good for business. The ladies in the back get 5 stars (06-20-26) and Jeff the previous service manager gets 5 stars for honesty. 1 for everything else.

5/5 Stars – Shannon Moats is the absolute best in the business! I cannot recommend Shannon Moats at C&O Marine enough. My husband just reenlisted in the Army, and we went in looking to trade our Ranger for a Phoenix. Shannon completely killed it and made the entire deal possible! He went above and beyond to take care of us, making sure we got exactly what we needed. His hustle, dedication, and top-tier service made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth. He truly looked out for us as a military family, and we couldn't be more grateful. If you want an honest, hard-working guy who will absolutely hook you up and make things happen, go see Shannon. Thank you for everything, Shannon—you’re the man!

I just bought a boat from C&O. Cody was my salesman he was great . I had a few things done to make it my own. The shop was very helpful. They are slow. Possible from being busy. Which is good. Little on the pricey side. And communication and attitude from parts needs improvement. But I will use them again. .

Always a exciting time here. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Inventory is stocked and you can always get those hard to find items. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. When it comes to boat purchases they streamline the process and do everything in their power to make sure you have a enjoyable experience.
