Alert Disaster Restoration

I had a great experience with this company during a stressful situation. They were extremely responsive from the start, Eli, & Cody kept me informed throughout the entire process of the repair and made sure I understood each step. They were professional, respectful of my space, and maintained a very clean work environment. Their communication and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt confident in the quality of the work being done. I truly appreciate how smoothly they handled everything. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with water damage or mold issues to contact them!

Martin came today and did amazing!! He went above and beyond with helpful tips and was patient and kind when my boys were crying while he was talking to me. He even helped me with a leak from my water heater I was not aware of and made this experience easy and reassuring. I was worried and nervous about getting my house done treated for water damage and mold but I’m so happy and they did awesome!!

We're at the early stages of recovering from a big leak. Martín's mitigation team was fast, efficient, and went the extra mile to clean up after removing soggy, dirty insulation that our handyman wouldn't touch. Matt and Frankie have been great with handling our situation and talking us through the steps. We're very happy with the service we have received from Alert so far. Another leading company tried to trick us into signing their work contract. Alert has been very honest and transparent. I will update this review as work progresses.
