Horrible service, they do not deserve any penny “Their service is completely unacceptable and far from customer satisfaction. I came here to get my car washed, but the interior of my car was returned to me without being vacuumed or cleaned at all. On top of that, I paid $40 and they refused to refund my money. They made no effort to correct the issue or improve their service. My car’s interior is still dirty, and they simply took my money without doing the work. Do yourself a favor—do not come here and do not get your car washed at this place.

Horrible car wash charged me $33 didn't even clean the floor mats, not even the cup holders and the outside of my truck still had salt from the snow. Didn't even dry the vehicle completely. Also found a scratch on the back end of my truck after they came out of the car wash.

I arrived, I paid for a full service of $30 dollars, the machines didn’t work, they just passed water with a hose and that’s it, inside they didn’t clean the Dashboard and the windows were stained, I don’t recommend it because of the price and the bad service, I paid for the tire service, they didn’t give it to me

Alpha Car Wash on 11th Ave gets the basic job done if you just need a quick wash, but the equipment and products could definitely use an upgrade. The rubber cleaning strips/brushes seem very worn out with minimal padding left, which doesn’t inspire much confidence for your car’s finish. The vacuum suction was also pretty weak. Overall, acceptable for a fast wash, but the quality of the tools and detailing products could be improved.

Perfect car wash—my car was very dirty, and when they finished washing it, it looked impeccable.
