We have had such a wonderful flight with a gentle pilot. The service before the flight was excellent. CA reminded us to take our passports with us. In the terminal all of them employees were so kind and competend. We felt safe and warm. Whenever I went back to NY, I would fly again with CA.

We had a fantastic experience flying with Charm Aviation! The pilot was amazing and made the flight even more enjoyable by sharing interesting stories throughout the journey. The office staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and super friendly from start to finish. The whole experience was absolutely worth the money, and our family loved every minute of it. Thank you, Charm Aviation, for making our day so special and memorable. We truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something unique and unforgettable! ✈️😊

The whole process ran smoothly. All staff were amazing and very helpful. The flight itself was THE BEST WAY to see New York. Worth every cent

By far the coolest thing to do while in NY!! I can’t recommend this enough. My wife and I went right at sunset so you still could see the whole city. From our person at the front desk to the guys bringing us to the helicopter and even the pilot, everyone was very nice and helpful. I don’t know how much better it gets than to fly over the city. We seen the Statue of Liberty, One World Trade Center, Madison Square Garden, and so much more. The views were so incredible! Definitely heck this amazing opportunity out if you have the time.

We chose Charm Aviation based on their Google reviews and haven't regretted it. Booking through their website was straightforward, and the correspondence regarding the required documents, a flight briefing, and even the appointment reminder was very professional. We opted for the 17-20 minute "The Big Apple Tour" (see the CA website for a description) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Upon arrival at the takeoff base, we received a very friendly welcome and afterwards a safety briefing. We were then escorted to the helicopter, where photos were taken and we were seated in the helicopter. Although the helicopter was quite full with six people plus the pilot, this didn't limit our view of any of the lanmarks, as the pilot flew over the landmarks on both sides. We were also very lucky with the weather. Sunshine and blue skies combined with the professional flight made this flight an unforgettable experience.
