The mechanics stole a bunch of parts off my engine and replaced with old ones.. broke my cowling and refused to fix it.. took off my Prop and switched it said they had no idea what happened.. over all don't trust them as far as my 4 yr old can cast

2008 Etec 115 -- Owned boat for 2 years; had cold start issues and kept getting worse (15-20 tries to get it started cold start). Tried many suggestions from the web. Took it to Andy's Marine (first time taking a boat to a dealer). Although they didn't resolve it on their first attempt, they were extremely easy to work with and kept trying until they got it right (no further charges after first attempt). David was great and wasn't satisfied until issue resolved. Now boat starts on 1st crank each time.

Just dropped off my 2011 etec. my guess bad fuel injector but to be on the safe side took it in for expert fixing will update later when I get it back. It's actually been almost a year after my boats service Andy's marine did a great job on my 2011 etec very knowledgeable and friendly people my only complain is it took about 1 1/2 months to get it back they are so busy but well worth the wait
