  From the moment you walk in, the customer service here truly stands out—they don’t just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family. Whether you have a small boat or a big boat, you’re treated like a VIP every single time. They handle everything from routine oil change maintenance to fully custom boat upgrades, and you can genuinely feel the pride and care they put into their work. Raul, the owner, and his family bring not only years of experience but also heart, honesty, and patience into everything they do. They take the time to explain things, recommend what actually makes sense for your boat, and never push unnecessary work. That level of trust is hard to find these days. I personally bring my Veer V13 here, and they’ve done multiple upgrades for me, including lighting, GPS/sonar installation, and regular maintenance. Every job has been done professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail. I always leave feeling confident that my boat is safe, reliable, and well cared for. If you’re looking for a place you can truly trust with your boat—where skill, integrity, and customer care still matter—this is it. I wouldn’t take my boat anywhere else.

  Would not recommend my worse enemy to this place, poor customer service… What’s sad is that I was a witness to it first hand, my brother in law had got work done not too long ago from this place, so we went out fishing. Turns out boat was taking in water, so we head back in straight from the Arroyo to Raul’s shop to drop it off. This guy then proceeds to start talking shit to my brother in law and tries fighting me quoting exactly “you had to bring your little friends” like if we were there to fight from the start ??? lol, he has some major issues , and can’t control his temper. Mind you he walks up to me and never does a thing but wants to pick on my brother in law talking shit right in front of me like I wasn’t standing a foot away. As a business owner, you’d think customer service would be his top priority, but it’s not. He’s a greedy man who just cares about money, and a makes a bunch of fake promises. Another buddy has his boat there, and it’s still turned upside down, hasn’t even got touched in months. Red panga. Just In case you all pass by, you’ll see it there still, same spot everytime. But nooooo this guy would rather have all the projects in the world outside his shop just sitting there and puts his friends boats first, in and out. He’s a joke, and so is his shop.
