By far the best detailing service I have had on any vehicle I have owned. The job done on the interior made it look like it was still brand new. Exterior was great as well, spotless and great attention to detail over all areas of the vehicle. Lastly, this was my wife's vehicle and she is really particular....she was very impressed and happy when she saw it. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to Apex.

I had such a great experience at Apex today. My appointment was at 10:30 a.m., and they got started right on time. Before I arrived, I called to ask whether they could help put on seat covers I had bought, and the answer was yes without hesitation. When I got there, I met who I spoke with on the phone (I believe his name was Austin) and found him very easy to talk to. He looked over my car and explained exactly what my car needed to be clean. Austin let me know the work would take a few hours, so I relaxed in the waiting area while he worked. Everyone there was so nice and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. My car looks amazing! It smells great, and the interior is very clean. I am EXTREMELY particular about crumbs and missed spots with vacuuming, and there were none when I checked everything afterward. On top of the cleaning, I really appreciated the overall service. Austin was able to put on my seat covers at no extra charge and even suggested I replace my windshield wiper, while also telling me where I could get one for less. As a girl balling on a budget, I truly appreciated that! The prices were reasonable, everything was on time, and I genuinely felt taken care of the entire visit. I will definitely be coming back! Apex has a customer for as long as I am in Columbia.

They did a wonderful job. My car was truly disgusting and they made it look like new. They were very kind, professional, and punctual. My husband and I will be using them whenever we need our vehicles detailed. I highly recommend them! Their prices are also very reasonable.

I cannot begin to emphasize just how great of a job Austin did on my car. It unexpectedly was covered with mud on the inside and I was frantically looking for a place that could detail it. I stumbled upon Austin’s #1 business in the area and after reading some reviews, I knew it was the place. The amount of mud and dust and dirt all around my car was not going to be easy. I take pride in keeping my car super clean, so I knew I needed someone experienced. You can tell Austin absolutely loves what he does and takes pride in his work. No small spot went unnoticed and no detail was passed over. When I picked up my car, it looked BRAND NEW like the day it was driven off the lot. He restored the new car smell from the leather conditioning and all the orangey dirt and dust is now a thing of the past. It is a night and day difference and you would never be able to tell it was that dirty. If you need your car detailed, even a basic detailing, please contact Austin. He helps you through what needs to be done and does it in such a timely manner. He wants to hand your car back better than you ever could have imagined, and he truly does just that. Thank you, Austin!
