As a busy mom, I recently had the pleasure of using Archie's Elite Detailing, a car detailing business that provided an exceptional experience. Quinten, the friendly and knowledgeable owner, came to my house and gave my car the TLC it desperately needed. What really impressed me was the convenience of the mobile service, which saved me the hassle of arranging transportation or taking time out of my busy schedule to drop off and pick up my car. And as any parent knows, kids can turn your car into a battlefield of crushed cookies and goldfish crumbs. Give him a call - you will be glad you did! Context: We had a lingering, earthy, not very pleasant stench in the car. With two kids under 3, we assumed it was dirty shoes, a stray Nespresso pod, or something else, but we learned it was some mold under my youngest son's car seat base (unfortunately). So, we immediately started using our other vehicle for transport. My wife removed and deep cleaned everything in the car... she made the car interior look great, but the smell got only slightly better. A few days later, I used an entire can of Microban and let the car air dry. Still did not solve the problem. Out of options, I had to find a detailer who could help. I called Quinten with Archie's Elite Detailing at 4AM thinking I would get his voicemail, but he picked up and we set up an appointment like it was the middle of the day! I dropped the car off a day or two later, he completed his process (including an ozone machine for 8+ hours) and dropped the car off at my house the following day, all for a very reasonable price. I could tell Quinten is a man who strives to do high quality work and really cares for his customers. The ONLY downside, at least in my case, is the chemical smell afterward. It's stronger than I anticipated, but it should go away as time passes (and hopefully with some baking soda). Thank you Quinten for a job well done! The Fox Valley is lucky to have you.

I use the monthly appointment program with Archie’s Elite Detailing and absolutely love it. It’s the best detail on my vehicle I’ve ever gotten. Every time it looks like a brand new vehicle. Quintin has even removed paint over spray. Quintin’s communication and customer service is awesome as well. This service is definitely worth it!
