We had an amazing experience from the first time I called up to still now, after we’ve picked up our vehicle from PPF and tint services! Aaron and Jimmy were great in getting all the information we needed to make a decision on which service was needed. Aaron spent a whole day searching for the perfect color we were looking for, and nailed it! Thank you to the team who worked on our brand new baby (2026 Tesla Model Y) just a few days after we got it: Prep by Josiah, PPF installation by Derek with help from Paul, and Tint by Vlad. We are very happy with the result! Xavier and Nick were truly great at being flexible with our rescheduled pickup time due to work, and thanks to Chris for the beautiful photos! It’s only been a couple days and I’ve already referred 3 people who want to inquire for their vehicle! Great customer service!!!!! Alright, so I initially was looking for a place to fill in my rock chips and get a ceramic coating and I follow A2D on instagram and see all their work. So I thought I’d give them a try with my GR. Called in and came in on the same day to set up an appointment, a manager came out and looked at my car and said Yeah we can do that. Perfect, told me to drop my car off at 8 AM and would be able to pick it up same day at 4pm. Cool, dropped it off just to be told that it might be a day or two before they get to my car. Then I was confused on why even make an appointment if it doesn’t mean anything. My car sat there for roughly 2 days, 8 am Wednesday to 4pm Thursday. Went to pick it up and looked at it, looked like they didn’t even do a thing to my car. One of the other managers I believe came over and told me my front end was peppered and would need to be repainted. Plus I guess I was supposed to get a waiver to sign before they did the work which they never gave me. On the spots they did “fill” looks like they missed almost, just globs of paint next to my rock chips. They wanted $300 for the paint “fixes”. Just a big ole waste of my time. I was very disappointed in them. I did get my deposit back and they were very helpful with that, but just overall not the best experience.
